Crashes and Error Messages
What can I do if the app crashes on my Android device?
If you haven’t already done so, please could you clear the app cache and data which often fixes common Android problems including crashes. To start, pop open your phone’s Settings app. Scroll down and tap Apps under the Device heading. From there, find the Mr Bean Sandwich Stack app —you may need to swipe left or right to either the Downloaded, Running, or All sections—and tap on it. You’ll be taken to an “app info” screen that provides some technical details including the app’s version number. Scroll down to the Cache section, then tap Clear cache and Clear Data. Please note these steps may vary device to device. Please do try this and get in touch at support@goodcatchgames.com if you’re still having problems.
My coins didn’t save properly, what should I do?
If your coins didn't save properly, please get in touch with us by navigating to the Email Us button in the Settings Menu in the app (button in the top left of the screen), or email us at support@goodcatchgames.com
What are the minimum specs to play Mr Bean Sandwich Stack?
Your device must meet the minimum specs to play Mr Bean Sandwich Stack. Your device must have iOS 7 / Android 4.4.4 or above installed to play Mr Bean Sandwich Stack.
Gameplay
How do I move Mr Bean?
Tap multiple times, or hold your finger down, on the left side of your device’s screen to move Mr Bean left, and on the right to move him right. Position him underneath the falling ingredients to catch them - good luck!
What can I do with Coins?
You can use coins to unlock wallpapers to decorate Mr Bean’s kitchen! Visit the “Shop” from the button on the score screen.
There are too many ads in the game, how do I remove ads?
Having ads allow us to release the game for free. If you’d rather pay and not be bothered by adverts then hit the “No Ads” button in the bottom right of the score screen. Thank you for supporting us!

I have found a bug in the game, what should I do?
Get in touch about the bug by navigating to the Email Us button in the Settings Menu in the app (button in the top left of the screen), or email us at support@goodcatchgames.com detailing the bug as much as possible. What were you doing when it happened? Can you reproduce it?
Will the game launch on other platforms other than iOS and Android?
We currently don't have plans to release the game on other platforms. The game is only available on iOS and Android.
