My in-app purchase seems to have locked itself after originally unlocking.
  • If you’re playing on Android, there was a previously known issue with the questions packs locking, which has since been fixed on the latest release of the game. First, we can suggest upgrading to the latest version of the game. If you then log into the game as normal and go to the question pack select screen, you’ll see the packs say ‘buy’ again – When you click to buy these, the packs should automatically 'unlock' for you.
  • If you’re prompted to pay again, we will need to refund you and you’ll, unfortunately, need to repurchase in order to play the new packs. If this happens, please send us your Order Number from your receipt and we’ll be more than happy to process that immediately. The number is typically in the format GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345 (we’re unable to search through by PayPal ID)

When I try to download the game from the Google Play store, I see a 505 Error.
Unfortunately this is an issue we’ve seen crop up very occasionally for users on Lollipop devices. Google appear to have fixed this in the latest version (Lollipop 5.0.1) so we suggest updating to this if possible. If this doesn't fix the issue, you can try the following steps.
  1. Go to ”Settings” -> “Applications” -> “Manage Applications” and select “All”
  2. Go to “Google Services Framework” and select “Clear Data & Clear Cache” to remove all the data regarding Google Service Framework.
  3. Go to “Google Play Store” and Select “Clear Data & Clear Cache” to remove all the data regarding Google Play Store.
If you still see the error message, you could try the below.
  1. Go to “Settings” -> “Accounts” -> “Google” -> Select “Your Account”
  2. Go to “Menu” and Select “Remove Account”, and then “Add Your Account”.
  3. Now “Restart” your mobile device and try to perform update or download.
I can't update or install the app on my iOS 6 device.

The App is taking up to much space on my device.
We are investigating a very rare bug, which unusually causes the app size to increase on some devices. We can suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the game, which fixes this issue.
Can we play local multiplayer on the same device?
Though you can play friends online through email or Facebook, unfortunately there is no 'pass and play' multiplayer functionality in the game. This may be something we develop in the future, however.
I've started several games, but no one is playing me back. What should I do?
We made big improvements to the way random games are matched up in Version 2 of the game. We can suggest updating to the latest version of the game to be matched with more active players.
